Ingredients
- 1 Jar of Cassia Karahi sauce
- 1/2 cauliflower cut into florets
- Baby potatoes cut in 1/2 and steamed
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 150gms Paneer (optional) as garnish
- 1 bunch fresh coriander or other
- Micro herbs to garnish
- Oil
Method
- In a pan heat 1 teaspoon of oil. Add the cumin seeds and crackle.
- Next add the potatoes and saute on medium heat until you see them colour.
- Add your cauliflower and cook for a further 5-7 minutes until cauliflower is cooked.
- Add contents of the jar of Karahi curry sauce, mix into the vegetables and warm up... about 3 minutes.
- Spoon the curry into a bowl.
- Crumble paneer on top and garnish with micro herbs or coriander leaves
- Serve with rice or naan
