Karahi Cauliflower with Potatoes and Paneer

Serves 4

  • 1 Jar of Cassia Karahi sauce
  • 1/2 cauliflower cut into florets
  • Baby potatoes cut in 1/2 and steamed
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 150gms Paneer (optional) as garnish
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander or other
  • Micro herbs to garnish
  • Oil


  1. In a pan heat 1 teaspoon of oil. Add the cumin seeds and crackle.
  2. Next add the potatoes and saute on medium heat until you see them colour.
  3. Add your cauliflower and cook for a further 5-7 minutes until cauliflower is cooked.
  4. Add contents of the jar of Karahi curry sauce, mix into the vegetables and warm up... about 3 minutes.
  5. Spoon the curry into a bowl.
  6. Crumble paneer on top and garnish with micro herbs or coriander leaves
  7. Serve with rice or naan
