Yes. The Madras curry sauce has pure coconut, which hardens in cold temperatures. It’s possible for this sauce to harden when the weather cools, particularly during winter. You can loosen it by shaking the jar very well then warming thoroughly before serving.

Yes, the Karahi and Madras curry sauces are nut free. The Makhani curry sauce contains cashew nuts. The Korma curry sauce contains almonds.
